We offer competitive hourly wages and pay all employees every week.
Crew Specifications
Availability from mid-November through early March
Part-time regular positions require you to be available 24/7 as much of the work is done in the evenings and overnight
On-call seasonal positions allow for you to pick up shifts during hours when you are free
Lead positions require you to be available during all storm or ice conditions
Company-paid training to get familiar with routes
Our sidewalk crews usually consist of 2-3 people
Company-issued hats and reflective gear are a required part of the uniform for all jobs.
Additional gear provided depending on position, no sneakers and no exceptions
